We will conduct an exchange for any vape found to be defective upon delivery. You must check all of your vapes during delivery with the delivery driver. An exchange can only be made if it’s caught in time, prior to the completion of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot accept an exchange after delivery.
There are no refunds given. If a vape is found to be defective and/or damaged, or the wrong product was provided, we will exchange the product with the same product or with one of equal value only if it’s prior to the completion of delivery. Once delivery has been completed, no exchanges can be made.
Cancellations cannot be made once an order has been placed.
